MediaCross helped the Department of Health and Senior Services reach low-income Missouri families with its “Eat for Health” messages that promoted the value of healthy eating and moderate physical activity.

Research

Our campaign began with extensive formative research — telephone surveys of local public health agencies, written surveys of food-stamp eligible families, and focus groups to test social marketing message strategies.

We Deliver

Included in the campaign is a series of :30 television spots, :30 and :60 radio spots, and a colorful “Tool Kit” of brochures on six nutrition-related topics. To reach school-aged children, we also developed a series of “Activity Pages” that outlined the importance of eating well in order to have th “power to do the things you want to do.”
