Through a uniquely original idea, MediaCross hired, trained and outfitted CalTeach recruiters (we called them Road Scholars) to visit over 50 college campuses outside of California in order to attract graduating education majors. In addition, MediaCross launched an advertising program in 75 college newspapers and distributed news stories to ethnic publications regarding specific opportunities available to bi-lingual educators.
